Facilities that raise and harvest annuals, perennials, or other bedding plants also qualify for this Code. This Code applies to both retail and wholesale transactions conducted at the farm location.
Code 0035 also includes the planting, cultivating, fertilizing, watering, trimming, potting, repotting, transplanting, and harvesting of plants in a field or greenhouse. Subsequent grading, sorting, packing, and shipping of these botanical products is also covered. Vegetables grown by hydroponic means, using a water solution with dissolved inorganic nutrients, also falls into this classification code.
