Class code 2802 is used for employees that work for a carpentry shop. Operations in this classification will manufacture and/or assemble wood products requiring little finish work such as doors, ladders, picket fences, portable buildings, spectator bleachers, laminated columns and building beams, roof trusses, stairs, sash, rails, banisters, stair treads, tanks, silos, windmills, window screens, and wheelbarrows. Class code 2802 includes all basic workers and drivers within the field. Exclusions that should be otherwise classified are those that install or erect products, workers that perform carpentry work on a construction site, lumber or building material dealers, and anyone who works with any fuels.
