Class code 0083 is used for employees that do work on a farm, pertaining to the raising and/or driving of cattle and other similar livestock. This class code is inclusive of those facilities that breed and/or raise livestock, such as cattle, sheep, or goats and that cannot be otherwise classified. Examples of daily activities that might be done by those in this classification include feeding, branding, tending to, rounding up, and shipping raised animals. Other duties that may be necessary for operation can include things such as erecting or mending fences to contain the livestock and cultivating or harvesting food to be used in the feeding or grazing of the animals.

Those operating a dude ranch would be included as well, as long as there is a cattle ranch being operated as a significant part of the business.
