Examples of products made in this line of work are pickles, sauerkraut, pickled peppers, and pickled tomatoes. Employees may be involved in any part of the process, which deals with preparing the raw product for pickling, placing the raw product into salt brine and spices for curing, and then packaging and sealing the final product into glass jars when curing is complete.
