Class code 4452 is used for employees that work within a facility that manufactures fabricated plastic products, not otherwise classified. These products may be made using various, non-chemical, processes, such as machining, bending, buffing, or polishing of raw materials, as well as by a dipping process. To get to the finished product, employees will generally vacuum form sheets, rods, or tube stocks, then feed these stocks into automatic machinery which will heat them and vacuum pull them down against cavities to be cut, inspected, trimmed, and then packaged. For the dipping process, molds are dipped into liquid plastic multiple times, then blown, cut to size, and finished. In addition, the manufacturing of goods made with bone, ivory, or horn is also included.

While this is a NOC classification and will include a variety of workers within the class code, some exclusions that should be separately classified include leather goods manufacturing, plastic and vinyl bag manufacturing, computerized plastic sign manufacturing, and the manufacture of vinyl gloves and shoes.
