Class code 8215 is used for employees that work for a feed, fertilizer, hay or grain dealer, including local managers and drivers. Operations that qualify for this classification will not manufacture any products, but may be involved in the storing, selling, and delivery of things such as grain, hay, feed, seeds (sacked or bulk), insecticides, and fertilizers. Other products that may also be sold incidentally include garden tools, hoses, spray equipment, poultry or dairy equipment, etc. Additionally, locations classified under 8215 may also engage in mixing fertilizer components using a bulk blending unit or similar device. Any operation that manufactures products would be excluded, as well as dealers who distribute and sell anhydrous ammonia.
