Other related operations whose employees should be classified under class code 8868 include seminaries, driver training schools, veterinary schools, military schools, agricultural schools, and correspondence schools. Finally, the scope of this class code also includes professional employees of religious organizations (such as clergy, choir members, clerical employees, organists, etc.) as well as those employed in a professional capacity by a secular (non religious) “chapel” that performs marriage ceremonies.

Exclusions to this class code include instructors of aeronautical schools who fly, various training professionals who work in or demonstrate a hazardous job, and those that operate heavy equipment in actual roadwork.
